How do I return/exchange my item?
- No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind
- Check that your item is not a sale item (including promotional offers) as sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
- Email email@example.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return.
- We will email you a form to include in your parcel.
- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Savari Jam will not accept any items returned damaged in any way
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form, we recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. We will pay for the delivery for your new item, but you are responsible of the return cost of your original item.
- Once we receive your return, we will email you a confirmation and issue you a refund/send you an exchange.
- Ensure that the items are returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery
If the item is faulty, you will be issued a refund for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all full priced items only provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- If the item is still in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
Please note that processed refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on a customer’s statement.
Purchasing items on sale
- Savari Jam does not offer price matching for items purchased prior to a sale.
- Discount codes are not valid for sale items.
- Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned (unless faulty)
- Please allow up to an extra 24 hours for your products to be shipped out due to the influx of orders
- All product prices include GST
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.
**Refunds will only be issued in the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
